Elden Ring é o melhor game segundo o DICE Awards 2023; Veja a lista de vencedores

26º D.I.C.E. Awards foi exibido na madrugada de quinta (23) para sexta (24), e enquanto God of War Ragnarok liderou a noite com sete premiações, Elden Ring repetiu a dose do The Game Awards 2022, e levou para casa o prêmio final de Jogo do Ano de 2022.

D.I.C.E. Awards é organizado pela Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences (AIAS) e o show deste ano foi apresentado por Stella Chung, do IGN US, e Greg Miller, do Kinda Funny. IGN é parceiro do evento.

Foram 23 diferentes categorias no programa e, como mencionado anteriormente, God of War Ragnarok venceu a maioria delas, o que incluiu prêmios de Outstanding Achievement para Animação, Direção de Arte, Personagem, Composição Musical Original, Design de Áudio e História.

Elden Ring, além de faturar Jogo do Ano, levou quatro outras categorias – Outstanding Achievement Técnico, Game Design, Direção e RPG do Ano. Além de homenagear os jogos e seus estúdios, o D.I.C.E. Awards introduziu o fundador da Double Fine Productions, Tim Schafer, no Hall da Fama da Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, por seu impacto de mais de 30 anos na indústria de jogos.
